Seems that Paperstone is doing some good work. In my view, a similarly manufactured, but even greener product, is Richlite. Check it out at http://www.kubeltd.com/
I would encourage the serious 'greenwash' researcher to examine EPA reports on the manufacturing processes of companies/products you are interested to screen.

Paperstone is good, and Richlite is ok but if you want the best of the paper composites get EcoTop. All three of these products came from the same guy. He first brought Richlite to market as a architectural surface over ten years ago, he left Richlite to create truly green products & he made Paperstone. He has since sold off the Paperstone product & created a new and much improved product called EcoTop.

EcoTop is made from 100% FSC certified recycled fiber & rapidly renewable bamboo fiber with a 100% water based resin that is totoally UV stable. The other two products use a phenolic resin that is methenol based & is not light fast at all. As for being green there is a better option out there at this time.

It is great to see companies making great products of recycled and materials. What about a company that wants something that is electric AND green?
I think you should check out www.teslavision.com
